Are you a scheduling and diary management specialist?
We are looking for a Team Assistant or PA, with high level scheduling experience, to join a top Executive Search firm based in the West End.
The role will be very diary heavy, supporting busy consultants with candidate and client meetings, scheduling interviews and organizing Teams calls in a proactive manner, but with the ability to reactive to the ever-changing nature of the industry.
Other duties will include travel organization, events and projects, client liaison, searches, and the chance be involved in the full recruitment cycle.
If you have experience within a Search or Recruitment firm it would be hugely beneficial in this role, in order to hit the ground running immediately.
