A leading private equity firm requires an experienced PA to provide secretarial support to two busy partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management, business and personal
- Writing correspondence (on behalf of the partners) with internal and external stakeholders
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Coordinating all travel and entertainment arrangements
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with the organising of events
- Providing additional secretarial support to the wider team and covering for colleagues as required
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within private equity, is essential
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Discreet - with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material
