Pa To Senior Partner & 1 Exec. Property. Asap Start

This terrific boutique real estate client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their small team in South Kensington and support the Senior Partner and one other London-based exec.

The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver, with a positive, professional and approachable manner; excellent attention to detail is essential, and have the ability to motivate themselves to get the job done.

Ideally 3+ years’ experience, and a confident user of Microsoft packages.  Property industry experience beneficial

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Answering phones, taking deliveries, monitoring stationery.
• Providing team cover as necessary
• Proofreading (training provided)
• First point of contact for potential clients
• Onboarding / client compliance
• Coordinating property tours for clients / agents
• Liaising with relevant contacts; estate agents, surveyors, planning, developers etc.
• Market research / compilation of reports for clients
• Daily administrative support for Partner (i.e including email monitoring, meetings & diary management
• International travel planning
• Minute taking

Hours: 9-6pm - office based.  (S Kensington)
