SalaryI am working with a fabulous professional service group, who support some of the most exciting UK start-ups. They have 5 different businesses that sit under this parent company which allows access to specialist support. They are looking for an experienced Paid Digital Marketing Manager to join their exciting team based in Bank.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in B2B marketing, looking to wear multiple marketing hats. Paid ad's is a big driving force for the company!
Responsibilities:
- Set up all paid ad campaigns
- Manage and review marketing performance metrics across Paid, Social & SEO
- Lead generation – utilise the marketing data of both existing and new clients to improve cross-sell opportunities and client retention through marketing emails
- Opportunity to build out your own marketing team
- Responsible for managing the content team to improve brand
- Own and manage the Group CRM (Hubspot) for the purposes of Marketing
- Excellent attention to detail
- At least 2 years in a paid Marketing Manager role
- Background in financial service marketing would be an advantage
- A self-starter who is motivated and has a passion for learning
- Excellent understanding of CRM best practice (Hubspot experience preferable)
- Advanced IT skills – Adobe, Canva, Photoshop etc
- Google Ads Qualifications and/or Facebook Blueprint Qualification
