Paid Media and SEO Manager

Profectus Recruitment are proud to be partnered with an award-winning fintech digital marketing agency who is seeking a Paid Media & SEO Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You will develop strategies and run campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads to support global B2B and B2C clients. The role is hybrid position requiring you to be in their offices which are local to Swindon 1-2 days a fortnight

Role Responsibilities;

• Create client advertising plans and lead strategy
• Manage hands-on B2B campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads
• Develop compelling ad copy for complex B2B tech
• Collaborate with team to understand client goals and hit KPIs
• Forecast, plan, create optimized campaigns across platforms
• Closely manage budgets and results
• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies
• Analyze campaigns and provide optimization recommendations
• Stay updated on latest platform changes and share knowledge

Requirements:

• 3-5 years managing B2B ads and analytics
• Global campaign expertise
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Google Analytics and GTM knowledge
• Meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
