Description
- Purchase ledger entry of invoices from post and emails
- Freelance invoice posting & paying
- Dealing with enquiries by email and phone regarding ledger accounts and payments
- Scanning of invoices prior to entry
- Reconciliation of statements to accounting records
- Support production of sales invoices
- Supporting Company credit card processing
- Supporting bank reconciliations
- Weekly Payments
Profile
A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
