SalaryOur client is a well-established firm of Solicitors looking for someone to work part-time in their accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Inputting BACS/CHAPS payments
- Checking completion statements
- Entering data onto systems and posting
- Closing down client files and all associated processes
- Printing cheques
- Banking
- Allocating incoming funds
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with online bills and posting on to systems
- Dealing with all Legal aid and all associated administration
The firm are ideally looking for someone to work circa 21 hours per week over 3 days, with one of these days ideally being a Monday. Any previous experience undertaking accounts within the legal sector would be highly beneficial but not essential.
