Purchase ledger - matching, batching and coding and applying GL codes
Email invoices to budget holders
Processing payment runs - using SAGE
Expenses processing
Post receipts and payments and direct debits, from bank statements
Processing credit card statements
Assist in month end
Assisting the Financial Controller
Experience in Word, and Excel - along with SAGE - which is desirable
