Our client, an award-winning SME Public relations firm, are currently looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join their small friendly team.
Due to expansion, they are currently, looking for a new member of the team to assist the Financial Controller It is a part-time position 2.5 days a week and the client is flexible as to the days and how the hours are spread across the week.

This is a permanent part-time position paying £35,000 (pro-rata).
Job Description
• Sales invoicing – raising invoices/ sending out invoices to clients for projects & retainers.
• Credit control – reviewing aged debtors and following up with appropriate response
• Supplier invoicing – matching Purchase Order numbers, supplier invoice posting and producing payment schedules
• Posting staff expenses
• Assisting the Financial Controller with bank reconciliations
• Other Ad-hoc duties
Person Specification
- Friendly and happy to work in a small team
- At least 2 years’ Accounts/ Bookkeeping experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Xero Accounting experience- desirable
