Part Time Credit Controller

Are you experienced in Credit Control and looking for a new opportunity that can offer a flexible working system for staff who need Part Time hours?
We are looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller to join the team at an Accountancy Practice based in Bolton. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, have great attention to detail, a can do attitude and be willing to get stuck into other tasks when needed.
Offering Part Time hours, a great basic salary of 25k - 29K pro rata based on hours, onsite working with a fantastic team, professional environment and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays per year!
What will you be doing as a Part Time Credit Controller?

• This role primarily is focusing on the credit control functions.
• Working within a team with 8 partners
• Administration of the credit control functions.
• Posting cash
• Chasing clients for payments
• Setting up direct debits
• Sending copying invoices/ statements
• Liaison with partners in respect to negotiations on payment plans
• Using the CCH central software for providing of invoices, debtors, and cash posting

We would also be keen to hear from candidates who are looking for more of a varied role who could offer full time hours to include other duties such as bookkeeping, purchase ledger and administration duties.
What will you be doing as a Part Time Credit Controller?

• The ideal candidate will have a strong career history within credit control.
• You may have worked a varied role in the past to include credit control, along with other accounts and admin duties.
• You will be IT literate and used to working in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines.
• You will possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to be involved in other tasks
• You a great communicator and team player
