Part-Time Finance Assistant (20-25 hours) is required for a dynamic and creative client based in New Milton. The role is mainly office based with a day at home.You must have solid experience working within a similar role, have excellent Excel skills with the ability to talk to suppliers and have difficult conversations. The Finance Assistant will work with the Financial Controller and Accounts Assistant managing and supporting on all aspects of the finance function for the Group. They are flexible on hours worked but would ideally like you in the office a minimum of 4 days over the week. Key Responsibilities: Managing supplier invoice processing and payments Monitoring the debtors ledger and chasing customer payments Monitoring emails to the account's inboxes Working with other teams in the Company to ensure that purchases are accounted for correctly.
