Part-Time Financial Accountant 3 Days Per Week

Stanton House are looking for an all-round finance professional who has got experience in all areas of accounting to support an exciting Renewable Energy company going through a stage of growth.

This is a contract role, for a period of 1 year initially, with potential to extend indefinitely.

This is a part-time role for 3 days a week and would be paying GBP250 - GBP350 p/d (likely to be outside IR35)/

SAP experience is a must.

Responsibilities will include:

• Posting purchase invoices
• Obtaining approvals in accordance with approval matrix
• Sending invoices to Treasury for payment
• Monitoring payments made on time
• Accounts receivable - issue monthly invoice
• Post journals
• Accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly management accounts
• Maintain cashflow forecast
• Maintain loan amortization schedule
• Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Part qualified or qualified accountant
• Experience in all areas listed above
• SAP is a must
• Advanced Excel skills are required
• Pro-active with tasks and hands on
• Self-motivated and able to work on his/her own
