For an accountant looking for flexibility we are working with a commercial property business in Leeds centre with a 2 day per week commitment which can be fulfilled in your own time and completed at home, in the office or on a hybrid basis.
The FTE salary is c.£50,000 – £60,000.
Reporting to the company Directors the role will include;
Duties include;
Manage the day to day accounting operations using Sage Line 50
Prepare Quarterly management accounts including detailed analysis to support all accountbalances and explanations for variance to budget
Prepare annual financial budgets including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow along withdetailed supporting schedules and commentary
Prepare Monthly board reporting including six month cashflow forecast and commentary
Prepare and submit VAT returns, CIS returns, ERS returns and P11Ds
Monthly bank reconciliations
Purchase ledger processing including preparing the month end payment run
Prepare and process monthly payroll
Assist external advisors with corporation tax returns
Preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with relevant accounting standards
Primary contact for audit and tax advisors
Primary contact for online banking and day to day financial administration
