We are seeking an organised HR Administrator to join our clients team on a Part Time temporary basis, with an immediate start date.
This position will require work on Tuesdays - Thursdays, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
- Managing a large number of new starters,
- preemployment and backgorund checks
- Administration in relation to new starters i.e. offer letters, contract
- Off Boarding of employees
- Management of company assets like laptops
- General HR administration and maintaining database records
- Raising PO's for the department
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administration or related field.
- Previous use of computer based HR systems such as Horizon or WorkDay
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Location and Schedule:
- Office-based in Horsham Town Centre with convenient parking facilities.
- Part-time position, working on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
