Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to support our client’s human resources department on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is conducted effectively.
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality of HR information.
- HR Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and support the administration of benefit programs.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
- Policy Implementation:
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of employee handbook updates and other HR-related communications.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
