Job Title: Part Time HR Administrator

Job Location: West Bridgford

Salary: £22,000- £26,000 Pro Rata DOE

Hours: 20 hours per week

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to support our client’s human resources department on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
    • Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientation is conducted effectively.
  2. Employee Records Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and training records.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality of HR information.
  3. HR Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
    • Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for management review.
  4. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and support the administration of benefit programs.
    • Collaborate with external providers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  5. Policy Implementation:
    • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development of employee handbook updates and other HR-related communications.
  6. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with HR Manager to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
