Part-Time HR Assistant – The Role:
You will be supporting a team of HR Advisors in delivering effective HR advice to clients and support them with cases and projects as required. Duties will include:
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
* Answer incoming enquiries via phone and email, responding or passing on to the relevant team member.
* Administration and preparing draft documentation.
* Record all advice on the CRM system, using CRM for marketing campaigns and monthly newsletter.
* Create and update employment contracts and staff handbooks for clients.
* Undertake, or support colleagues with HR projects as required.
* Record chargeable work to ensure accurate invoicing.
* General office support.
Part-Time HR Assistant – The Rewards:
Salary of £22,000 – 24,000pa pro rata + benefits
Location: Office based, Exeter with parking
Hours: 25-30 hours a week Mon – Fri, hours to suit you but must include Monday 8.30am -4.30pm
Part-Time HR Assistant – Skills Required:
This role would ideally suit someone working as an HR administrator or has recent HR experience who is keen to progress their career and develop their HR knowledge.
You will have super attention to detail, administration and organisational skills as well as possessing confident communication skills.
