SalaryOA are currently working with a successful organisation that manufacture specialised materials used to produce industrial and consumer products and are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Logistics Administrator to support in the planning and scheduling of logistics activities as well as managing and handling shipments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)
GBP12.00 - GBP12.50 per hour
25 days holiday pro-rata

Logistics Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling Logistics activities to ensure on time delivery of client requirements.
Invoicing of goods dispatched.
Cost control of shipping.
Tracking of goods ordered against delivery onsite to ensure accurate records.
Sage management / maintenance.
General office requirements e.g. scanning documents.
Logistics Administrator - Skills & Experience:
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Have excellent accuracy and good attention to detail
Sage experience is an advantage
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Work towards deadlines effectively and accurately
