Location: Outskirts of Ely
Salary: GBP45 - GBP50k DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday - 25 hours a week (ideally spread over 4 days)
Duration: Permanent

Duties:
- Maintain daily accounting, tax, and financial reporting operations with accuracy.
- Monitor cashflow, bank balances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and VAT returns. Manage resources flexibly to meet business demands.
- Oversee income streams and ensure timely completion of claim cycles.
- Manage banking systems and assist Group Finance Manager with financial management.
- Bring fresh perspectives to identify and implement improvements to financial controls and processes.
- Produce monthly staff bill variance reports and quarterly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cashflow forecasting.
- Act as a point of contact with our external accountants in the timely preparation of financial statements, annual accounts, and relevant end-of-year returns for all entities.
- Work closely with the Group Finance Manager to monitor and report on Partner current accounts drawings and distributions.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process and timeline, ensuring payroll is completed on time each month
Skills and Experience Required:
- Use of Xero
- CIMA / ACCA Qualified
- Minimum AAT Level 4
- Advanced use of MS Excel for data analysis
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced multisite company
