Part Time Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, to join us preferably on a permanent contract to start as soon as possible. The role is office based in , Sutton Scotney, and is suitable for Part Time, two full days or three short days a week up to 16 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, and an enthusiastic team player with a strong Marketing background. Reporting to the Company Directors, the Marketing Manager will help create and drive all marketing activities and build a thorough marketing strategy that can be executed by our external marketing agency. This is a hands-on role that offers a fantastic opportunity to shape our future strategy.  You will have up to date knowledge of the latest marketing tools and experience to further drive a broad range of activities to attract new customers and retain our existing customer base.  

Our client supports a wide range of B2B customers throughout the UK and Ireland. You will want to be part of a team that works hard to provide a high-level of service to a wide range of business customers across a range of industries and that vary in size from specialist manufacturers to global companies. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are vital to this role. 

Main Responsibilities

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of our products and customers
• Create and execute our marketing and communication activities and strategies to generate leads
• Responsibility for lead generation activities for all machinery and services offered by our client including monitoring and reporting
• Tracking performance of company marketing campaigns, reporting and monitoring
• Key involvement in budget setting, including reporting outcomes against budgets set
• Proactive collaboration with the Sales and After-Sales Managers to produce campaigns materials
• Selection of and management moving forward for the appointed marketing agency
• Social media profile management and target audience growth

Essential skills:

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing lead generating strategies
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with various marketing software tools
