Role
- Enter weekly and monthly time sheets accurately across all portals.
- Processing of payroll data received from clients as well as effectively dealing with any queries derived from client invoicing.
- Ensuring that all payroll amendments are administered correctly and accurately reflected in our payroll system.
- Supporting in the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payroll runs, reviewing for accuracy and following up on any amendments.
- Supporting management with high level queries and escalations.
- Support with annual audits and compliance requirements.
- Reconciling payments in the accounting system and helping with any allocations.
Experience/Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years experience within payroll (ideally contractor/umbrella/LTD)
- Experience working within finance in recruitment sector
- Very driven and proactive
- Background in bookkeeping very desirable
- Exposure to international payroll
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing workload.
- Able to work as a team and independently.
- Good IT Skills (MS Office/ Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal are a must.
