Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Houghton Regis. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be contributing to the accurate processing of their monthly payroll and ensuring the financial operations are running smoothly.
Pay rate of the Payroll Administrator: 14-15 per hour
Working hours of the Payroll Administrator: Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:30am in Office) & (9am-5pm Working from home). This is a Hybrid position which will involve working 3 days office, 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and organising data for payroll elements (Overtime, Expenses, Bonus, etc.).
- Generating reports for management and assisting with P11d's.
- Handling Pension Contributions and processing P45/P46 forms.
- Addressing queries and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy, with knowledge of Excel and payroll systems.
- Familiarity with the ADP System is advantageous.
