Payroll Administrator (part-time)
- Record Keeping:
- Enter payroll information into information systems and assist in preparing payroll checks
- Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance with established standards
- Maintain time and attendance records
- Enter new hires into the benefit systems, update changes in pay and tax status
- Reporting
- With guidance, gather payroll data for inclusion in financial statements and prepare reports for management
- HR Management
- Support Under supervision, ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, employee contracts and government legislation
- Higher education (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Experience in Payroll, HR Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English
- Computer Literacy (MS Office, advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP HR
