Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Reporting to: Payroll Supervisor
Location: Berry Pomeroy - Office Based
Salary: £23,000 + up to 10% annual bonus

Who are you?
Are you a meticulous and highly organised individual with an interest in developing your career as a Payroll Administrator or a background in a similar role? Do you thrive in an environment that demands excellent attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion? Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, showcasing your analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities? Additionally, a desirable candidate would ideally hold, or be working toward a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, possess some knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance, and have some familiarity with various payroll software.

Onboarding Pro: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding, collaborating with HR for a seamless employee experience.
Employee Support Guru: Be the friendly face for employee queries, offering clear guidance on all things payroll-related.
Wages Coordinator: Manage weekly wages with efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely payment approvals.
Salary Supporter: Assist the Payroll Manager in crafting precise salary calculations, contributing to payroll excellence.
Payroll Partner: Tackle various payroll duties with ease, enhancing departmental efficiency and teamwork.
Document Management Pro: Keep a meticulous record of payroll processes, generating reports that support informed decision-making.
