Payroll Manager

A service organisation based in Swindon (hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Manage a small team to process monthly payroll
• Manage and administer the pension scheme
• Produce payroll forecasting reports
• Update and implement process improvements within the team
• Provide accurate data for budgeting purposes
• Deal with any payroll queries, managing internal relationships
• Assist with year end and payroll reconciliations

Previous experience of working an end to end payroll is essential. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and have strong spreadsheeting ability.
