Join a dynamic, rapidly growing Telco company based in the vibrant city of Reading, on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Manager.
As a CIPP qualified professional, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our diverse and talented workforce within the UK.
What We're Looking For:
✅ CIPP Qualification: Your expertise is backed by the prestigious Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) qualification - Advantageous
✅ UK Payroll Mastery: Demonstrated experience in managing UK Payroll, understanding the intricacies of local regulations and compliance.
✅ P11D Submissions: Proficiency in handling P11D submissions, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
Key Deliverables
Payroll Processing of approximately (Apply online only) UK staffSupport with new system SAP implementationExperience with Morepay ERP is an advantageExcellent knowledge & experience of UK payroll and UK associated taxesBenefit Statement experience and Pay Models experienceUnderstanding of Tax and HR legislation and process within the UKManaging pensions & benefits administration including at least an awareness of the following: Pensionable Pay sets 1 and salary sacrifice schemesA good understanding of employment law as it relates to pay and benefits, in particular gender payWhat is needed for the role?
