�? Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Officer, you will work closely with the Head of UK HR and the HR team to ensure accurate and timely payment for all employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling 2 monthly payrolls for different employee groups
- Utilising the ADP system for both hourly paid and salaried personnel
- Liaising with Payroll bureaus for European employees
- Managing HMRC-related payroll requirements and staying updated on legislative/statutory changes
- Administering employee benefits, such as My Benefits/Bupa Cash plan/Bupa medical/Life assurance/Death in Service and Aviva pension
- Working with salary data providers and utilising the Hay evaluation system for grading employees
- Managing the ADP payroll provider software for various administrative tasks

?? Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Familiarity with ADP software
- HRIS experience
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation
