Payroll Senior

We are delighted to be supporting a thriving and growing business based in Coleshill. This innovative and eco conscious business are looking to bring on board an experienced Payroll Senior to take full ownership of their payroll. This opportunity will see you processing end to end payroll, building relationships across the business and getting involved with process improvements.
This Payroll Senior position comes with an annual salary of up to £35,000.
Responsibilities include:

• Processing end to end monthly payroll.
• Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP, student loans and attachment of earning.
• Processing salary sacrifice schemes including childcare vouchers.
• Processing company sick and holiday pay.
• Amending any change to pay, overtime, commission and bonus payments.
• Managing pension administration and related queries.
• Processing of P11Ds.
• Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
• Supporting reconciliation between accounts and HMRC.
• Dealing with payroll queries from external and internal clients.
• Working with the internal team and senior stakeholders across the business to drive change including automation and new system integration.

Candidate skills and attributes:

• Minimum of three years of payroll experience in a busy in-house environment.
• Collaborative team player with exceptional organisational skills.
• Able to build strong relationships across departments.
• Accurate and able to work to specified deadlines.
• Able to drive meaningful change, adaptable and confident.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Previous experience using Sage would be desirable.
