Robert Half Talent Solution are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a Neath based organisation on a Temporary basis until June 30th, with the possibility of extension.
Role Overview: Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension-related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process pension contributions, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases related to pension scheme members.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from scheme members, retirees, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of pension communications and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to relevant regulations and compliance standards in pension administration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pension administration.
- Previous experience in pension administration within the Education sector, particularly Teachers Pensions Scheme / submitting MCR returns will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of pension regulations and legislation (desirable but not essential).
