We are recruiting a Performance Development & Programmes Lead. The role reports to the Head of Leadership & Talent Development in the vibrant and impactful Talent & Organisational Development (TOD) team.
As a Performance Development & Programmes Lead, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of activities and initiatives that support the Performance Development of our employees. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, the wider People & OD directorate, and end-users to ensure that our Performance Development processes are effective, engaging, and aligned with our organisational goals.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects and programmes within the Leadership & Talent Development team are set up effectively, with the right governance, reporting and plans to support delivery of our priorities.
You will also be involved in evaluating the impact of our Performance Development initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you
We are looking for someone with knowledge of Performance Development or previous experience within learning & talent development. Highly efficient, you’ll have experience managing and delivering a range of projects within a People or HR function.
You’ll have strong interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships across the business and be comfortable partnering with technical and business facing teams.
IT proficient, you’ll be skilled in MS Office and any experience of Workday would be beneficial. With excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to write engaging and effective change communications. You’ll be able analyse qualitative and quantitative data and make informed recommendations.
