We celebrate the diversity within our team with ages spanning nearly 3 decades, a mix of males and females and sexualities. We hail from various parts of the UK but love our Gloucestershire home. Some of the team hold degrees, have neurodivergence or have been with us since post-school apprenticeships learning on the job. In all cases, we pride ourselves on developing from within, supporting team retention and stability. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic person to join us. You will need excellent collaboration and communication skills, to enable you to work closely with stakeholders within the service to identify change and improvements. You will also need to be diplomatic, personable, assertive and challenging in order to support strong independent assurance and governance relating to data and performance.
Established experience in Performance and Business Improvement is essential. You will need to have a proven track record of delivery that is on time, to a high standard and which has had a tangible impact in improving business processes and performance.
