They are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead social media growth and support the success of the businesses across the brand portfolio. This role involves managing the paid performance initiatives for a number of brands within the portfolio, overseeing the implementation of effective strategies and tactics, and optimising performance to achieve and surpass key performance indicators.

The goal for this role is for you to grow a team and progress into a Head of position within the next 12 - 18 months
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong operational knowledge and experience of paid performance media platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Taboola, Outbrain and associated analytics tools
- Good understanding of acquisition, loyalty and retention marketing best practices within paid media and their application across multiple brands
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and marketing to drive revenue growth
