I am seeking a Peripatetic Manager to support multiple Supported Living services within the Peterborough, Cambridgeshire area. You will provide direct and hands on support and guidance to a large team of Registered and Deputy Managers to deliver on Quality objections and achieve the best health and care experience for all Residents. You will guide and mentor Managers who may need additional support and will step in should there be a Management vacancy within a service. You will promote a positive culture within all services and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current guidance.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have managed within a Residential or Supported Living environment supporting people with Learning Disabilities.
* Have sound CQC knowledge and experience working with them.
* Have strong coaching and leadership experience.
This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) role, however flexibility may be required according to the needs of the services you support. Regular travel across the services you support will be required. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to £42,000.
