Form of workRobert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Interim Personal Assistant for a Private Equity firm based near Piccadilly Circus.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting the CEO in a 1:1 capacity.
- Complex and international diary/inbox management and travel arrangements.
- Organising investor and board meetings, and preparation of conference rooms.
- Light Office Management and liaising with vendors.
- Delegating tasks to the Receptionist/Office Assistant.
THE PERSON:
- Friendly and flexible team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of Corporate experience as an Executive Assistant. Private Equity or Financial Services experience highly preferable.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- Highly organised and reliable.
Key Points:
- Based near Piccadilly Circus
- Until they hire Perm, need immediate help with their AGM
- Immediately Available candidates only
- £20-25 per hour depending on experience
