Job Title: Part-Time Personal Assistant to the Founder’s

Job Type: Part-time (Initially one day a week, with likelihood for increased hours)

Funding Futures is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of children in Nigeria by providing them with the necessary resources to complete their education.
We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support our founders in managing the various aspects of both operations.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the founders calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle all incoming communications with professionalism and discretion. Administrative Support:
- Assist in the creation and preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and maintain both digital and physical files efficiently.
- Handle all travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the founders.
Brand Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in organising and coordinating events, campaigns, fashion shows and photoshoots aimed at fundraising and creating brand awareness.
- Create and post content to all social media that aligns with the brand’s tone and messaging.
Project Management:
- Manage projects and launches, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to prioritise tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
- Communication:
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials for customers and donors
- Follow up with customers and donors to ensure good customer service
- Draft and edit correspondence aligning with the brand’s tone and messaging.
- Act as the primary liaison between the founders and internal/external
- stakeholders e.g manufacturers, contractors, customers, donors etc
Skills and Experience Required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design or Business Administration is preferential, although students are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology and software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
