Job Title: Personal Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London - Gresham Street (Office based)
Hourly Pay Rate: £19.20 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension)
Desirable Previous Experience:
· Personal / Executive Assistance experience.
Job Details:
- To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis
- Diary Management
- Reading emails and taking appropriate actions
- Booking in Meetings/Meeting Rooms
- Liaise with internal/external Lloyds Banking Group clients
- Be flexible and committed to undertake various tasks at a similar level
- Articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients
- Responds positively to the changing needs of the business
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements to new and existing processes
- Demonstrating the Lloyds Banking Groups values and behaviours and our Codes of Responsibility in all your day to day activity
- Used to working in an office-based environment
- Literate and word literate
- Full 1-2-1 training and support will be provided
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Strong communication skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and ideally PowerPoint
- Is able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Is well organised, with experience of planning and executing tasks which require co-ordination across multiple stakeholders
- Is a positive and active team member who demonstrates the Lloyds Banking Group vision and values
- Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Proactively seeks out opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves
