Responsibilities
- Closely support the visually impaired Director in daily tasks to optimize their workflow
- Manage intricate national and global travel coordination and arrangements
- Precisely schedule appointments, meetings, and engagements
- Research topics and establish appointments on Director's behalf
- Maintain detailed meeting/activities records
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure follow-ups
Requirements
- Proven organizational and communication competence
- Interpersonal tact, ability to work with sensitivity
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office, email, calendars
- Valid passport/license to enable travel
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Receptive in taking instructions and clarifying doubts
