Job Title: Personal Assistant / Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Location: London - Flexible Work Options Available (Home or Office)

Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Our brand resonates with elegance and innovation in the world of fine jewellery. We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Personal Assistant/ Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and excellence of an esteemed jewellery brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Full responsibility for our website hosted on Wix, including design updates, product uploads, and managing listings with accurate prices and descriptions.
  • Graphic Design: Proficient use of Photoshop and Canva to create compelling visuals for marketing materials and event invitations.
  • Communication: Manage communications with clients, retailers, and respond effectively to advertisement opportunities. Must be fluent in both Swedish and English to support our Swedish retail partners.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing jewellery events alongside the founder. Design and distribute invites and manage event logistics.
  • Newsletter Creation: Design and curate content for newsletters using Mailchimp, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Handle personal errands as needed, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Wix backend operations and Photoshop/Canva.
  • Experienced in using Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools.
  • Capable of multitasking with high attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills.
  • Clerical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Background in fine jewellery or fashion is a plus.
  • Competent with Google Suite for efficient document management.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Flexibility is required, with occasional availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is essential due to our collaborations with Swedish retailers and media.
