We have just taken on an amazing role for a Personal Assistant to work at a global strategic communications company based in stunning offices by the Thames. The role is working with the New Business team where for the first six months you will support the team, after which you will look after 3 Partners who work within the New Business team. You will be part of a team of 5 Personal Assistants. The role is hybrid 3:2. The hours are 08.30-18.00, though flexibility will be required.
The role requires someone to undertake diary and travel management. You will organise networking events, overseeing their smooth execution. Other duties include assisting in the preparation of reports, proposals and presentations. You will also conduct research, provide timely and accurate data support for new business related activities.
Ideally you will have CRM database experience and excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience using HubSpot would be beneficial. You will track new business, so data management experience would be helpful. They need someone discrete and used to handling confidential information. They are looking for a team player who is hardworking, adaptable, proactive, highly organized, used to working to tight deadlines and is calm under pressure.
