Personal Assistant

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to start a new role in Birkenhead.
You will be a Personal Assistant to the Chief Regeneration Officer.
You must be able to attend the office 2 days per week in Birkenhead.
This is an interim role initially for 4 months with the view of extending.
The role:
To proactively provide comprehensive Personal Assistant support including organisational, secretarial and administrative support to Directors/ Commissioners, including arranging meetings, courses / conferences, travel and accommodation requirements, providing hospitality, typing and word processing, and the collation and dissemination of information.
To filter and direct incoming telephone queries where they cannot be resolved at first contact identifying urgent/sensitive matters.
To anticipate the core requirements of the Directors/Commissioners without need to be directed.

Secretarial/PA Experience to a Senior Manager

36 hours a week, 2 days a week in the office
