We are looking for an experienced and highly organised PA to assist our Hospital and Medical Directors, you’ll be proficient in providing a comprehensive, confidential and high quality administrative service – but you may not have realised the work you do can directly shape the healthcare of tomorrow.

A key member of the team you will ensure the efficient and effective organisation of the hospital director and the senior management team. act as an effective ‘gatekeeper’ and must therefore have excellent negotiation, diplomacy and interpersonal skills. You will have knowledge of all the relevant administrative and IT programmes applicable to this role as well as the ability to deal with non-routine activities that arise. Problem solving is an integral part of the role.
The role will involve contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people – both internal and external to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach. You’ll need to be a team player and a completer-finisher, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role is key
- High competence in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to exercise judgement when dealing with enquiries or issues
- The ability to competently manage own workload and act independently
