Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join Bath Spa University as Personal Assistant to the University Secretary. The University Secretary is a member of the University executive and has a broad remit of responsibility, which includes leadership of the Governance, Legal and Compliance Department. About The Role You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive PA support to the University Secretary and administrative support to his office, covering a wide range of complex and confidential matters and managing a busy inbox and diary. In addition to maximising the effectiveness of the University Secretary’s time and supporting the groups that he chairs, you will also work closely with members of the University Secretary’s team to deliver an outstanding level of administration to support the smooth running of the Board of Governors and its committees. This role will provide professional interface between the University Secretary’s office and stakeholders internally and externally.
