Are you an immediately available, experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new role? Look no further! Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Personal Assistant on a temporary basis for our client based in Hastings. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for a permanent position!
You will be primarily supporting the CEO but also supporting 3 busy Executives as and when required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA/EA at CEO level.
Personal Assistant duties include:
- Providing pivotal administrative support to the CEO and 3 Executives.
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements.
- Inbox management.
- Collating board papers.
- Conducting research prior to meetings and preparing agendas.
- Any other general administrative duties as and when required.
To be considered for the Personal Assistant role, you must have/be:
- Previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting at CEO/Executive level.
- Immediately available! My client is looking for somebody to start on Monday 22nd April.
- Excellent administrative skills and competent using Microsoft packages.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
