We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in overseeing the day-to-day administration of the company. The role includes managing the MD's diary, liaising with the Sales Director, Luxury Brands Administrators, external companies, and charities.
Day-to-day of the role:- Organise personal and company calendars using Outlook.
- Respond to daily emails and phone calls, both internally and externally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post.
- Prepare information for meetings and set up Zoom/conference calls.
- Correspond with clients and other professionals.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Type up valuations and inventories in liaison with the Valuer.
- Assist with charity event organisation.
- Liaise with the Sales Director on events.
- Maintain stationery levels and manage local advertisements.
- Keep spreadsheets up to date with relevant data.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Secretarial credentials or equivalent experience.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
