A lovely new part time role, working closely with the Managing Director onsite in Malmesbury. They are based on a farm, so this would suit anyone who is an animal person.
What you will do
- Assisting the Managing Director with daily tasks.
- Manage calendars, diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Communicating over the phone and via email with contractors and suppliers.
- Setting up new accounts and placing orders.
- Assist in organising meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist with maintaining compliance and insurance documentation.
- Research new ventures on behalf of the Managing Director and compile data as needed.
What you will bring
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong communication skills and be able to talk with builders and contractors.
- Be proactive and not be afraid to make mistakes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
