A well established property and real estate management company based in Chorley with over 15million square foot of commercial property across the UK. With the company growing massively they have had to increase their headcount to deal with demand.
Your new role
To provide support to the Asset Manager by delivering an effective and efficient coordinator service. To liaise with inter-company departments where necessary and facilitate the administration of tasks and Asset management duties.
- Assist with e-mails, letters and telephone calls and other general administration duties
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Arrange and attend site meetings with the asset manager or own your own
- Diary Management
- Minute taking
- Assist with special project work as required
- Assist on site visits with the Asset Manager
- Act as tenant liaison in the absence of the Asset Manager
- Help prepare presentations, board reports and legal documentation
- Follow up enquires on behalf of the Asset Manager
- Utilize existing and available reports to assist with day to day duties
- Assist service charge and utilities processes where necessary
