Your new role
To provide comprehensive, confidential PA support to Consultants in their roles as Microbiologists & Departmental Directors.
As part of the laboratory administration team, provide secretarial and clerical support to all medical staff and managers' administrative, clinical and diagnostic services of the department; where appropriate, liaising with medical staff and other laboratory staff, hospital/health board staff, service users, members of the public and other external contacts.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a PA / Administrative support role. Minute taking is part of this role, so experience of minuting meetings would be beneficial, although the team are prepared to offer training/refreshers for candidates who are willing.
This post is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week and you must be willing to be full-time office based. There is not an option for hybrid or remote working due to the nature of the post.

You will be paid £13.26 per hour and the organisation is accessible via public transport links as well and offering on-site parking for staff.
