Responsibilities
• Provide secretarial support to the CFO Personal Care• Manage diary, travel, and meeting arrangements• Organize meetings and workshops• Coordinate international and local travel• Maintain email distribution lists and contacts database• Handle administrative processes efficiently• Raise, track, and close Purchase Orders• Proactively tackle issues related to administrative processes• Utilize Microsoft applications and IT skills effectively• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant• Experience in a regional or global organization preferred• Excellent organization and prioritization skills• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders• Comfortable working in a virtual environment• Experience in managing office processes• Initiative and efficiency in time management• Proficiency in Microsoft applications• Flexibility, maturity, and strong interpersonal skills• Accuracy and speed in tasks
