Tiger Private is currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Property Manager for a London-based UHNW family, with occasional travel to Manchester and the Cotswolds.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive personal assistance and property management services, overseeing the family's large residence, rental property, and commercial property. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of a large London household, coordinating with contractors, organising staff rota's, handling building works and household bills, planning family events, and organising functions. For rental and commercial properties, duties involve coordinating with the management agencies to optimising bookings, overseeing maintenance, assisting with financial records, and preparing the house for family visits. You would typically expect to visit the properties in Manchester and the cotswolds once or twice a month.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to multitask. Troubleshooting and maintaining composure under pressure are crucial. Proven expertise in managing busy schedules, coordinating travel, and handling diverse responsibilities in high-profile settings is required. Experience in fast-paced environments with high-profile clientele, coupled with a commitment to professionalism and adaptability, is essential.
The working structure is Monday to Friday, based at the Family Office in east London, with some flexibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
Candidates must have a full UK driving license due to the property locations.
