Join a Leading Design Studio as their new PA and Studio Manager;  this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their PA and management career in the creative, design and media sector, working with and learning from the best.

The Role: 
As the new Personal Assistant - Studio Manager, you will join a dynamic and innovative design as a part of their growing team. Based in stunning office is East London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, close-knit team.
As the new PA, your duties will include: 

• General studio management: overseeing FOH, managing post and deliveries
• Managing maintenance issues and working with suppliers
• PA duties: Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, managing clashes, assisting with inbox
• Finance Admin: Reconciling expenses, supplier invoice payments, PAYE payments.
• Organising regular social events and being a presence and POC in the office
• HR admin: onboarding new starters, tracking staff leave
• Managing press enquiries
• Assisting with organisation of photoshoots
• Ad hoc admin as required

Requirements:

To thrive in this PA role, you will require: 

• 1-2 years admin experience (min), ideally managing a similar design studio
• Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive individual, who can multitask effectively and work well both independently and in a team.
• Top class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong client facing experience
