Summary

At Elm Tree Community Primary School we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to our Senior Management Team. As a Special SEMH school, we cater to children with a range of diagnosis, needs and abilities. All our children have Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), and we require a Personal Assistant to SMT
The ideal candidate will maintain, update and extract information from systems and database(s) and provide strategic administrative support for the school’s Senior Management Team (SMT). This includes, under supervision, the co-ordination of school operations and maintaining accurate records within the school database. The nature of the tasks undertaken will also vary depending on the time of the academic year. This role will provide an essential leadership function which will ensure the school operates smoothly, enabling key leaders to be effective in terms of their organisation and time management.
Due to this being a term time only position, the actual salary equals £29,457 - £33,170.
